The Kitchen

Our griot is marinated in sour orange and epis, then fried until golden. Our goat and oxtail simmer low and slow. Every plate is a tribute to the Haitian kitchens where we learned to cook — generous, soulful, and made to be shared.
The Bakery
A bakery tradition, every morning.
Before the doors open, our ovens are already warm — folding pastry for pâtés, baking Haitian bread, and finishing cakes for birthdays, baptisms and weddings across Miami.
